The busway's outer casing, expertly crafted from premium aluminum alloy through extrusion molding, boasts an elegant design, is remarkably lightweight, and demonstrates exceptional resistance to corrosion.

Its fully enclosed structure offers superior sealing with an IP66 protection rating, making it suitable for even the harshest environments. Serving as a grounding PE wire, it ensures safe operation. The busway's low temperature rise, minimal energy consumption, and high current capacity significantly lower investment costs.

4. SANDWICH CONDUCTOR STRUCTURE     .
Designed with a dense, continuous structure to prevent the 'chimney effect,' it maximizes space efficiency. Tightly arranged conductors promote optimal heat dissipation and minimize temperature rise. The socket area remains unbent, characterized by high density and low impedance. An anti-error phase design guarantees correct phase alignment during installation. The current capacity remains unaffected by installation location or method.

The sophisticated conical insulation board enhances mechanical integrity, while the molded shell resists pressure warping. The wide-edged, box-shaped manganeso steel washer ensures consistent pressure on the contact surface. A standard 19# wrench facilitates easy tightening of the double-headed single bolt, featuring a reusable red indicator for maintenance.
To accommodate installation variances, the connector's busbar length offers a 4mm adjustable margin, ensuring seamless connectivity.
