Water Resistance

TCrafted with precision, the casting busway is constructed using high-performance insulation resin and a blend of various inorganic minerals. The innovative design involves directly pouring and sealing the busway, achieving a remarkable protection level of IP68. This cutting-edge, non-metallic casting busway offers four robust protection functions, including exceptional waterproofing, fire prevention, anti-corrosion, and explosion-proof capabilities.

Fire Resistance

The insulation resin is a self-extinguishing insulation material with a fire resistance of Class A and a fire resistance rating of F120; it can work in flames between 950-1000°C for more than 90 minutes without interrupting the circuit. Additionally, the insulation resin is halogen-free, ensuring it will not release harmful gases at elevated temperatures.

Corrosion Resistance

The busway with metal casing cannot prevent acid rain corrosion, and corrosive gases and even liquids generated by chemical plants can splash onto electrical products. This requires the busway to have corrosion resistance. The epoxy resin casting material used for pouring busway exhibits exceptional anti-corrosion performance, effectively resisting the erosion of various chemicals.
