This innovative approach involves pouring and directly sealing the busway, achieving an impressive protection level of IP68. This state-of-the-art non-metallic casting busway offers four formidable protection functions: waterproofing, fire prevention, anti-corrosion, and explosion-proofing.

Fire resistance

Our insulation resin stands out as a self-extinguishing material with a remarkable fire resistance of Class A and a fire resistance rating of F120. It continues to operate seamlessly in flames ranging from 950-1000°C for over 90 minutes without circuit interruption. Moreover, this insulation resin is halogen-free, ensuring that no harmful gases are released even at high temperatures.

Corrosion resistance

Traditional busways with metal casing fall short in preventing acid rain corrosion. In environments like chemical plants, corrosive gases and liquids can easily splash onto electrical products. This scenario demands a busway with outstanding corrosion resistance. Our epoxy resin casting material, used for pouring busways, boasts excellent anti-corrosion properties, effectively resisting the erosion caused by various chemicals.
